The other thing to mention about HDTV is that it is only broadcast in 720p or 1080i.  The only current 1080p sources are a PS3 or a Blu-Ray.  

I have the same set.  Enjoy it everyday with a regular inexpensive HDTV antenna.  I get great over the air HDTV programming without paying for it.

I have one thing to add on HDMI cables. You mentioned that your TV has 4 HDMI inputs.  Sometimes, if the HDMI ports are close together, it becomes difficult to plug in more than one HDMI cable, particularly if the molding on the end of the cable is large.  I have seen this on "monster" type cables as well as monoprice or Blue Jeans type cables.

I use a inexpensive cable like this:

It has a lower profile moleded hood that allow you to use multiple HDMI ports that are close together.</description>
